Terms and Conditions when ordering from our store
Our terms of service are in place to ensure that you are happy with the service that we provide. Please note that any person(s) using and ordering from our site are deemed to understand and accept our terms of service so please read the following information for how this applies.
Discounts, postage rates or complementary gifts granted on your original order may no longer be applicable if you return part of your order and any refund will be adjusted to include only those concessions eligible on the revised order.
If an item is bought as a ‘bouquet’, the full bouquet must be returned in an unused condition in the original packaging to receive a refund, partial refunds are not offered. Bouquets that have been untied or are incomplete will not be refunded.
Return of an item is at your own cost unless the item is faulty. If you believe an item to be faulty, please contact our customer services team firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hours of receipt of your item including a photograph of the fault and we will send out a replacement.
If you wish to return your items you must notify us within 10 days of the receipt or your item and we will be happy to offer you an exchange or refund provided that the products are returned complete, in perfect unused condition and in the original packaging.
Our range is of the best quality. What’s more is, our flowers, plants and trees will need little maintenance just a delicate dusting occasionally.
This all depends on the type of tree and plant that you choose. Items with a UV label have been approved for outdoor use. If you place other artificial trees and plants (non UV labelled ones) outdoors these may not last as long as ones that are kept indoors. This is due to weather conditions affecting them, such as the rain and the sun. There is no guarantee how long they may last outside this will mostly depended on where you are going to place them and how exposed they will be to weather conditions particularly sunlight.

We only exchange items if they are defective or damaged on receipt. Products should be inspected by the customer within 24 hours of delivery and any problems notified to us straight away.
Please contact our customer service team for a return address via email email@example.com. We typically respond to all emails within a few hours.
We strongly suggest that you use a parcel tracking service to return your item to us as responsibility will not be accepted for parcels lost or damaged in transit. Please ensure that you include your name and order number inside your parcel and that your items are packaged carefully.
